No. While we are happy to create a personalised gym program for you, it is not necessary.

IF you do prefer the gym, Dan will create a gym program specifically for your goals.

The program will be customised to match your individual abilities, including consideration of any pre-existing injuries.

Exercise is crucial for both mental and physical health, and we will make every effort to accommodate any injuries you may have.If you cannot exercise, then we can accomodate the program around that.

We require that you perform any exercises under the supervision of a healthcare professional, once you have received clearance to proceed.

All exercises provided in your program are for educational purposes and are performed at your own discretion.

We strongly recommend that every individual consult with a doctor or healthcare professional before beginning any diet, training program, or dietary supplement regimen.

This is especially crucial for anyone with existing or past health conditions.

Our products or services will NOT treat or cure disease or illness.

Your meal plan will only have foods you like.

Normal foods you'd find at any grocery store.

This is why it's a sustainable and long term solution.

Dan and our team will create your Fat Loss System while the box is being delivered. Your Official Day 1 will be the following Monday once your Supplement Box arrives.

Example: We ship your Box Tuesday and we get everything ready by Thursday while it's being delivered.

Your box arrives at your door Friday and Official Day 1 will be the Monday.

If you prefer to push back your Official Day 1 (for whatever reason) that is absolutely fine.

The 3-Phase Fat Loss System is 90 Days in duration. (not including the On-Boarding time while your box is being delivered)

Official Day 1 will be the closest Monday once your box arrives.

Your program will be built around your specific needs, goals and lifestyle.

This includes accomodating for your work, family and availability.

You will not have to set hours a day for gym, exercise or preparing complex food in the kitchen.

Please note: It is important to understand, despite us accomodating for your lifestyle, this will require commitment and results will only come from you making this a priority.

This is NOT a quick fix and we strongly discourage anyone from starting the System if they are unable to make it a priority.

While you can certainly follow the System while on holiday, we recommend postponing your start date if you will be away for more than 10 days during the program.

This is to ensure optimal results by simplifying your routine and increasing effectiveness.

If you do decide to proceed regardless, we can pause your program while you're on holidays, and continue when you're back home.

There's no need to wait to start the program because of an upcoming event.
